Trevor Waring moderator for Friday night!

We are very pleased that Professor Trevor Waring (The Chancellor of the University of Newcastle) has agreed to be the moderator of the Friday evening forum. Details of the program are available from our partner for the evening – One Just World. They would love an RSVP via their website – but you can come even if you haven’t RSVPed.

Would you like to volunteer at the Fair Share Festival?

We are seriously looking for volunteers for the festival.

• Flexible 1-2 hour shifts
• Free entry
• Variety of jobs
• Flouro vest provided (to keep – great for cycling!). Limited number available – please bring along last year’s vest, if a repeat volunteer.
• Certificate of participation on request
• Be a much appreciated participant in making the Festival a success!

Entry fee

Friday night is free.
Saturday and Sunday are based on what you can afford. The minimum is $5 per day for adults or $2 for 16 year olds and under.

Because it is a Fair Share Festival, we want to ensure the festival is as affordable as possible. One way to receive free entry is by volunteering on the day. They are a variety of roles and ways to help out while also participating in the festival.
